Welcome to the SFGFFL, where we're more than a league—we're a community that lives and breathes flag football. We host two incredible seasons a year, with our Spring season kicking off in February or March and our Fall season following in August or September.

Whether you're a seasoned player or you've never touched a football, you have a place here. Our fields are for everyone, regardless of skill level or background. The only things that matter are your passion for the game and your commitment to our code of conduct: we play hard, but we always play with respect and integrity.

The action doesn't stop when the season ends. We also offer offseason activities and community-building events to keep the fun going year-round. We make sure to foster that sense of community during the season as well, with social events and opportunities for players to connect off the field.
